A MAN truck with a trailer of a Polish company from Lodz was driving on Autobahn 7 near Ulm. A power limit error appeared on the computer and the vehicle started to lose speed. The driver pulled into a parking lot and called our 24-hour customer service team to report the problem. It was decided to send a mobile service with a computer for the MAN truck and remove the AD Blue error, after which the truck was able to drive itself to the service without the need for a tow truck.
At the stationary service station in Ulm, Germany, the problem was diagnosed and the NOX sensors were promptly replaced, so that the truck could go for unloading.
