Late in the evening, our customer service received a call from Holland. The British got in trouble - their Ford broke down on the Autobahn A67. Fortunately, they could get to the parking lot. As it was getting dark, finding a hotel was difficult just as providing technical assistance at that time. I started calling all my acquaintances and, to the great joy of the British, my old friend Jan responded to the call for help. On arriving he found that the car drive had failed. Ford safely made it to the nearest repair shop. As there was no place to sleep, Jan graciously invited the guests from Britain to spend the night at his home. Of course, they did not forget to take a dog and a cat with them. In the morning the car was repaired, and our customers thanked Jan for the warm and friendly welcome!
