On the A1 Autobahn near Bremen, a Volvo FM truck fell under police control. After the inspection, the driver was ordered to eliminate the following malfunctions: replacing the power accumulator and two brake discs.
The driver of the Pole turned to the operator of the international helpdesk AWHelp24. Having received a consultation in his native language, he asked for a service for the repair team to remove all malfunctions on the spot.
Service mechanics had to cut one hub, since it was not removed and replace it with a new one. In addition to the brake discs, also replace the bearing.
After repair work, the police sent the truck for re-examination at the brake stand of the nearest Scania company service. And Volvo FM passed control the first time and was able to return to the route.
