What are the most common causes of clutch booster malfunction?

If air enters the clutch release hydraulic circuit, the pedal can “fall through” and the clutch cannot be released as a result. It is necessary to remove air bubbles with part of the hydraulic oil (bleed the clutch). It is very important to monitor the level of liquid in the tank while pumping. If the level drops significantly, you must add hydraulic oil. After adjusting and bleeding the clutch, the oil is filled 1-1.5 cm below the top edge. After these operations, the maximum stroke of the piston rod of the clutch booster is measured, which shall be 18 mm.
