BELGIUM From 1 August, the passenger questionnaire must be completed by the following people, including lorry drivers: - People living in Belgium who have been abroad for more than 48 hours. - People in other countries who want to stay in Belgium for more than 48 hours. - People coming to Belgium by plane or boat, regardless of how long they want to remani in Belgium. The form can be filled in online at https://travel.info-coronavirus.be/.

POLAND From 3 August 2020 until further notice, the facilities of the customs office in Biala Podlaska (Ul. Celników Polskich 23) have been closed due to confirmation of an employee with coronavirus. Permits previously executed at the White Podlaska Customs Department will be transferred to the Malaszewici Customs Department from 3 August until further notice.

BULGARIA The emergency situation in Bulgaria has been extended until 31 August (see the new Ministry of Health regulation here). The requirement to fill in the declaration has been lifted. All other COVID-19 measures for international foreign drivers remain unchanged. The Annex provides updated information on specific procedures related to COVID-19.

ITALY Bulgarian and Romanian drivers entering Italy, arriving via Bulgaria or Romania and/or transiting (as well as drivers arriving from Bosnia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) must follow the procedures below: If their final destination is Italy, drivers can stay in the country for a maximum of 120 hours. In Italy, drivers must fill in a declaration confirming that they are working and immediately register their entry with the Ministry of Prevention of the competent health authorities based on the point of entry (see the attached document for a list of competent health authorities). In the case of a transit journey, drivers can stay in Italy for a maximum of 36 hours. They must fill in a declaration confirming that they are working and inform the relevant prevention department of their entry. Drivers who are citizens of other countries only have to declare their return from Bulgaria or Romania if they have been registered as residents of Italy since 16 July. Drivers from Bulgaria or Romania who enter Italy for their own purposes to perform cabotage services in Italy must be quarantined. In addition, drivers from Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Moldova, Oman, Panama and Peru must be quarantined if they have been in their country of origin for the last 14 days. Please note that the Italian state of emergency has been extended until 15 October and these measures will remain in force until at least 10 August.
